Arrival plans and expedition start

I'm hoping to co-ordinate the helicopter with my arrival in the Picos. Current idea is that I'll try to get the helicopter for the morning of the 30th. That means I'm going to try to arrive by the evening of 29th.
Covadonga is a 12 hour drive from the port in France so with some breaks I ought to make Covadonga for 10-11pm on the 29th.

That means I'll be leaving my house in Cheddar at 6pm on the 28th and driving to Portsmouth for the 22:45 ferry to Caen (Ouistreham).

However all of this is dependent on the helicopter. It could come forward a day or back a day I imagine.
