I'm happy to eat ovo lacto veggie stuff as well, but if anyone else is vegan I wouldn't mind teaming up with them to arrange meals...

This should be relatively easy to do if you find affordable vegan and gluten free stock cubes.

The base cooking can be vegan and people add cheese and chorizo as they please???
